National Highways (formerly Highways England) is updating the test methods for compliance tests of surface quality, beginning with laser measurement of surface macrotexture. This webinar will share details of the planned update to the MCHW that will facilitate this and indicate the changes that will be needed for future compliance testing of surface materials.
