After this presentation was well received by Eastern
Branch, we are pleased to welcome Joel to present to
our branch.
The presentation explores the delivery of the A47 Acle
Straight low-carbon exemplar road reinstatement; a
major highways scheme delivered in partnership with
National Highways and WSP.
Joels presentation will explain how innovative design
choices and construction methods including evobuild
foamed asphalt (CRBM), high levels of recycling,
electrified plant and local supply solutions were
combined to resurface over 10 miles of strategic road
while achieving carbon savings that Joel will expand on.
