More details | Ruairi has worked in the materials testing industry for ten years, having been a materials technician before moving to surveying. He spent a short time in technology consultancy before moving to MATtest to develop the automated testing business. MATtest is at the forefront of advancements in materials testing, having pioneered the Automated Quality Assurance system for asphalt and soils, as well as an app for measuring the rate of spread of chippings (ROS App), we are hoping to achieve: Improved health & safety Reduced costs Better quality data Use of quality assurance data in asset management and BIM. Having recently been grated a departure from specification for the use of the laser texture meter, and contributing to the recent collaborative research project between HE and AECOM, MATtest are changing the way that materials testing is done. This presentation will describe how. |
