CE Markings - Additional Technical Event added to Branch Programme

This topic is one of particular interest to many members of the Branch. As a result, an extra meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, 28 May 2013 and this will provide much useful information on this important subject.

CE Marking has been with us voluntarily since harmonised Standards for the relevant products were published. On 1 July 2013 they become compulsory for all such products to all customers irrespective of what it states in the contracts.

What this means for suppliers and procurers will be discussed and members will have the opportunity to gain clarification on any particular aspect from the speaker, an expert on this extremely important topic.
