| More details | This talk will look briefly at the materials and activities that give rise to dust around asphalt plants and places where asphalt is used. It will consider health issues surrounding dust, and particularly respirable crystalline silica (RCS), and especially silicosis. Workplace monitoring will be covered including who should be monitored and how frequently. A brief professional bio of our two speakers Geoff Walton and Oliver Puddle is provided on the downloadable flyer for the event.
