More details | Recently there has been some debate about the value of the PSV test. How is it that our continental cousins can survive without using the PSV test? Dr Nicholls, a highly respected figure within the asphalt industry, will speak to the branch about recent controversy around PSV and whether the UK can continue to specify minimum values of PSV in the face of reducing aggregate resources, plus information on the new friction after polishing test. Please note a further alteration in topic/speaker from the one advertised previously again due to speaker unavailability. |
